3. Estimates and Payments

• Estimates: All estimates provided are based on visible damage and are subject to change upon further inspection.

• Payment: Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept various payment methods, including cash, credit/debit cards, and insurance claims.

4. Insurance Claims
We assist customers with insurance claims but are not responsible for the approval or coverage decisions made by insurance companies. Customers are responsible for any deductibles or uncovered costs.

5. Warranty
We offer a limited warranty on all repairs performed by Terre Restoration Inc. The warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials for a specified period. It does not cover damages caused by accidents, negligence, or normal wear and tear.

6. Liability

• Terre Restoration Inc. is not liable for any personal belongings left in the vehicle during repairs.

• We are not responsible for any pre-existing conditions or damages unrelated to the services provided.

7. Cancellation and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
